Family Table provided four days of catering for the Wholly Wild Retreat in Cleveland, Tennessee. From breakfast through dinner, we prepared meals designed to nourish participants throughout an immersive experience centered on nature, learning, and connection.

With decades of experience in professional kitchens, Gaetano brings a deep understanding of flavor and a genuine commitment to the well-being of the people he cooks for.

His cooking is guided by the careful balance of salt, acidity, sweetness, richness, herbs, and spices—bringing ingredients together in ways that make every dish satisfying and memorable.

He believes that food can be both nourishing and extraordinarily delicious, without compromising either.
